There will be a $25.00 hold put on your credit card as part of your order. This hold will be released (usually within 30 days) after you have activated your service with DIRECTV.

The installation date and time you have selected is subject to availability and verification of your order. You will receive a phone call to finalize the date and time of your installation with DIRECTV.

If you live in an apartment or condominium, custom fees will apply to your order and will be disclosed by the installer prior to installation.

Your order is subject to credit approval. Should any fees be required, based on credit, you will receive an email with applicable details and requirements.

Within 30 days of equipment purchase you agree to activate and pay 18 consecutive months (24 for advanced receivers) of any DIRECTV TOTAL CHOICE ($49.99/mo. or above) or DIRECTV PARA TODOS programming package ($29.99/mo. or above). In certain markets, programming and pricing may vary.

DIRECTV PROGRAMMING AND PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. The programming package must be maintained for a period of 18 consecutive months (24 consecutive months for advanced receivers)(without interruption) for each DIRECTV System leased by you, including additional DIRECTV Receivers. Additional $4.99 per month lease fee on second and each additional receiver. After you have fulfilled your commitment to the required programming package, you are not obligated to continue your subscription to DIRECTV programming for any specific duration. Existing customers may activate additional receivers with their existing DIRECTV programming package. FAILURE TO ACTIVATE DIRECTV SYSTEM WITHIN 30 DAYS MAY RESULT IN CHARGE OF $150 PER RECEIVER NOT ACTIVATED. IF YOU FAIL TO MAINTAIN YOUR PROGRAMMING COMMITMENT, DIRECTV MAY CHARGE PRORATED FEE OF UP TO $480.
