By placing this order you agree to the following terms and conditions:

There will be a $1.00 hold put on your American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa as part of your order. This hold will be released (usually within 30 days) after you have activated your service with DIRECTV.

The installation date and time you have selected is subject to availability and verification of your order. You will receive a phone call to finalize the date and time of your installation with DIRECTV.

If you live in an apartment or condominium, custom fees will apply to your order and will be disclosed by the installer prior to installation.

Standard Professional Installation includes mounting the dish to the structure of the building and routing of up to 125’ of RG-6 coax cable from the dish to the receiver through one exterior wall. Other alternatives for installation may require custom work and will be assessed at the time when the installer arrives at your home. All custom charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Please remember that the handling and delivery fee is non-refundable.

Please have all receivers activated within 60 days of purchase or you will be charged an additional $150.00 per receiver.

Failure to activate your DVR and/or HD service at time of installation will result in a charge of $150 per receiver not activated.

Should you cancel your order after the equipment has been shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee of $49.95.

Your order is subject to credit approval. Should any fees be required, based on credit, you will receive an email with applicable details and requirements.
